Release 6.20.0: New default theme package open-xchange-gui-mobile-v2-theme-default

The default theme for the Mobile Web App will be provided as a package and is not longer provided by the main app package. This was needed to provide custom themes for the Mobile Web App. Note: There can only be one installed theme at a time. The Mobile Web App does not support live theme switching.
