Release 6.20.0: OPTIONAL bundle to bridge between hostname service and config cascade

Prior to introducing the config cascade one point where it was deemed necessary to provide a context based configuration was the hostname service. Nowadays it makes sense to bridge these two worlds by providing a hostname service that consults the config cascade for its value.

The bundle, when installed, introduce a config cascade enabled configuration option com.openexchange.hostname
