Release 6.22.0: Dropped class implementation name for OXToolStorageInterface

There was never the need to replace the implementation for OXToolStorageInterface. And today this should be done using an OSGi service.

From the configuration file AdminDaemon.properties the property TOOL_STORAGE will be removed.
