Release 7.6.0: Added parameter to clean capabilities from storage

Missing support to drop a capability from storage once either added or removed to/from a certain context/user.

Definition of changeCapabilities in both OXContextService and OXUserService were therefore enhanced to also support those capability that are supposed to be cleansed from storage:
