The default trash folder of a filestorage account (module infostore in the HTTP API) can be identified by checking the folder's type. Therefore, a new folder type is introduced for the default trash folder: trash. This value appears as attribute type (column 302) in the HTTP API, and may be used similarly to the other types private, public and shared.
Furthermore, the ID of the trash folder in the user's primary filestorage account is published at modules/infostore/folder/trash in the configuration tree. Additionally, this value is mapped to the io.ox/files//folder/trash JSlob. If not set, clients can assume that no trash functionality is available.
