Migration Tools Microsoft Exchange to Open-Xchange Server Edition

I need to migrate from Ms Exchange 2007 to OX . In order to migrate our address book, Distribution list, Resources etc require specific tools called Migration Tools Microsoft Exchange to Open-Xchange Server Edition . Where i can get this tool.Pls advise .
