Problem accrued when attachment files

Error: File upload failed: No such file or directory (UPL-0001,-1066411663-14768)

when trying to send a email with an attachment, The Open Xchange is running on a Centos five operating system. Read something about the /tmp tree may have been deleted by cron. Can any one give me some incite on this problem.

Found the problem created the /tmp/.OX directory with permissions of 777. thank for the support
