Moving tasks to and from shared folders

It is not possible to move tasks in and out of shared folders. Looking at the source code it seems deliberate decision (./server/src/com/openexchange/groupware/tasks/UpdateData.java, checkPermission method).

But it is possible to move calendar items in and out of shared calendars.

Why is it not possible to move tasks in and out of shared folders?
