free exchange with outlook?

ok. i hope this is the right place to put this. i looked at opengroupware but it did not look like it had the ability to sync with outlook. does open-xchange have this ability? and is it free if it does. also a added bonas would be if i could sync my windows mobile device with it. Thanks all

for Outlook synchronization, Open-Xchange offers a Outlook connector for the Express edition. Synchronization of mobile devices is currently under development and may be released later. Unfortunately the Outlook Connector is not available for the Community Edition.
