I have notized that there no changes in the cvstree since 23 august. Is the community edition still in developing?

On what basis do you take this notice? There is still a lot of activity at the moment. The wiki changelog is not up to date, but i can assure you we are still alive

I have checked out the latest cvs sources today, and the latest Changelog entry in the source tree (all checked out dirs) I have found was from 23.08.2007.
But when I hear you are "sill alive", I'm happy ..
