Migrating from OX

I know this is bad to say in a OX forum. However I am looking into switching from OX to scalix. Is there any way to get the passwords from the users within OX for an easier transition?

Do you think it is a good idea to store passwords in a way that someone can get all user passwords easily? We do not think it is a good idea and therefore the passwords are hashed.

What is the reason that you would like to change from OX to Scalix?
