Problem with Hyperison Install

I have a fresh install of Etch will all the updates. Then I went to http://213.239.220.146/~mbraun/ox/debian_etch/
and downloaded and ran the sh file. At end of the install script I get:

initializing database (step 2/2)

com.openexchange.admin.plugins.PluginException: com.openexchange.admin.rmi.exceptions.OXUserIMAPEx ception: javax.mail.AuthenticationFailedException: Login failed: authentication failure
done

When I log into the admin page it is all in German and I can't find out how to change it to English. I also get the following error in as well:

Fehlermeldung: Error occured in: com.openexchange.admin.rmi.extensions.OXUserIMAPEx tension! Errortext: com.openexchange.admin.rmi.exceptions.OXUserIMAPEx ception: javax.mail.AuthenticationFailedException: Login failed: authentication failure (SVL-0001,1203634856-3)

I have also tried to log into http://10.0.0.31/ox/ox.html and the screen comes up and says:

10%
Autologin... Please wait...


Any suggestions?
