There is no (single) master user. In that case the IMAP server would not know which mailbox to open.
In your linked article it's shown that you would use a username of "login_user*master_user".
So the real username needs to be specified in the IMAP login dataset (see changeuser --imaplogin).
I need an explanation about the masterPassword property both available in mail.properties and mailfilter.properties.
It seems to describe the possibility for Open-Xchange to authenticate all users with this master password.
When I read the dovecot's wiki (http://wiki2.dovecot.org/Authentication/MasterUsers), it says you can use a master user associated with a master password to authenticate users
If the ox feature ties in this feature, can you explain me how to use it and why it doesn't purpose the missing master user property?
