Name Search with accents

Hello,

Some of our users have got accents in their first name and/or last name and that's problematic in appsuite cause the search engine seems to be "accent sensitive", especialy in contact search in the compose mail page of appsuite (7.8.3), for example:

e != è
e != é
o != ô

Is there a way to configure the search engine handling thoses characters like "equivalents"?
