Big permissions problems

Hi , I'm not able to create in my own inbox new folders, also not possible to create a new subfolder in point "shared folders".
Whats wrong???

are there any error messages? Logs? Does your IMAP Server allow to create subfolders?

Yes I can create subfolders. And I'm also the owner with admin permission on the inbox, but can not create there subfolders or change the permissions.
Also the configuration -> extras doesn't work. But this is may the admin gui is not working.

I send you the connect info for the server, so you can connect yourself and try.
And there are no errors in mail.log
