Buildfile: build.xml does not exist!

I have been following
http://wiki.open-xchange.com/wiki/in...e_Installation

I am at the Open-Xchange Groupware Installation step

I ran:
cvs -d server:anonymous@www.open-xchange.com:/cvsroot/ co -r bf_6_4 open-xchange

Then:
cd /tmp/open-xchange/

Then:
ant -Dlib.dir=/opt/open-xchange/lib install

Result:
Buildfile: build.xml does not exist!
Build failed

no build.xml file
Am I missing something? Why wouldn't the build.xml file be in the CVS???
Can anyone help?

I tried again today. Still no build.xml in CVS

We had a short server outage on saturday->sunday maybe somehow the cvs has been damaged, we'll take a look at it.
