    I did
    vim /etc/aliases
    root: user
    newaliases
    /etc/init.d/postfix reload

    So you are using postfix.
    Just add an alias in /etc/aliases e.g.

    root: another_user

    run newaliases and postfix reload.

    That's not a problem related to open-xchange and strongly depends on the mail system you are using.
