    Hi,

    I have a calendar item with several participants (external and internal). When I change for example start/end time, the participants are not informed about those changes (via E-mail), though the option is checked.

    How can I activate notification E-mails upon changes?

    Hi,

    i think we solved the misunderstanding at IRC. Notification E-Mails are triggered when moving an appointment via drag&drop as well when modifying them at the popup window. To reduce the amount of E-Mails sent, we have implemented a two minutes delay. In this two minutes, all changes made to a appointment are cached and if no other change happens for two minutes, only the most recent status of the appointment is sent at a notification E-Mail. This delay may be confusing when testing, but it saves a lot of messages and confusion on productive setups.
