OXTender

I saw in the roadmap there will be an OXTender for opening, editing and saving files like odt, ms office and so on. First, on the initiative side, that's one of the most wonderful things i've heard of. On a technical side, how do you plan this ? a java applet or not ?

Yes, i know, we have php solutions doing the same but what i'm talking about is about the GUI so i imagine nothing sophisticate about it planned, isn't it ?
