Popup "Extras" doesn't work

Hi,

After user login, when I choose "Configuration -> Extras" I don't get the extras popup, I get a new open-exchange windows of this user.

I have the popup's open in my browser.

I have the OX 6.14

Anybody has any idea?

I find the configjump.properties file and I only see URL=http://myserver, but what I can do in this file to have Configuration-Extras option for my users?, Can you sendme a example file?

this is a link to point to an external system of your choice. For example an administration self-service frontend or something similar. It is not related to any ox functionality.

i have the same problem, but i dont see the menü option "extra" under configuration.

i have configured the configjump.properties with a link to my extern Self Service Tool

any idears why i dont see the option?

I'm confused about the Thunderbird syncronization. The "extras" that I found are in the Thunderbird!

you are right, it is not installed i have update and now the server stand by 20%
at the login. no login possible
