Community OXtender for WebAdmin Panel ?

Hi,

after reviewing the OX wiki after wuit a while I found this page:

however, no information could be found on what the WebAdmin Panel is all about or what features it comprises of, neither by searching the forum or browsing the web.

Can anyone shed some light on what this OXtender is about, and what the purpose is ?
