Installation problems IMAP

Hi everybody,

for all who suffer a IMAP related "connection refused" error at the "oxinstaller" script: currently IMAPs (SSL) is preset at the sources and seems not to be configurable yet. This simply means your IMAP setup must be IMAPS capable to work with oxinstaller.
