I've done 61% of ox.ru_RU.po file, commited it and can't see packages in http://software.open-xchange.com/OX6...bianLenny/all/

maybe I missed something?

No, you don't, but i did.
The nightly build was not correctly set up.
Fixed now and I did a manual sync now, so your translations are now available.

But there are nether "Edit" nor "Submit" functions presents.
