Wrong translation ?

Hi,

a user has received a message with the subject:
"A appointment has been deleted"
he pointed out that the correct form would be:
"An appointment has been deleted"

I'm not an expert in English , but how can we change this text ?

I've checked it:
"An appointment..." seems to be the correct form.
