open-xchange Version : 6.18.0 Rev20 don't see change password

Dear all.
The open-xchange Version : 6.18.0 Rev20 is running on Centos v5.5. When i loggin to the interface of open-xchange, i don't see the button password (configure/user/password). What's problem with it?

have you installed the open-xchange-passwordchange-database and open-xchange-passwordchange-servlet packages?

Installed:
  open-xchange-passwordchange-database.noarch 0:6.18.0.0-12_14.1                open-xchange-passwordchange-servlet.noarch 0:6.18.0.0-12_14.1
