webfront-end: security options

Hi,
on the webfrontend of ox, there was that security option to select, if the login-computer is privat or public.
This option, before you login, is not shown anymore. (also not, if I try to login from other computer).
is there a setting to be done, where I can enable that again?

this can be enabled at sessiond.properties: com.openexchange.sessiond.autologin=true
