What is needed?

Do I download just the "framework", or do I need some or al of the bundles?

I downloaded the frame work and when I try and compile the admin utils, I get:

Hi,

you need the very first package at the website:
org.eclipse.osgi_3.2.2.R32x_v20070118.jar

just rename it.
