Problem with OX and ldap contacts

Hi,

I'm trying to configure contacts in OX with an openldap. The problem is that the OX don't show any contact. I made some test with the ldapsearch on the same server and I can see that sometimes the openldap sends the contacts in plain text and the OX show the contacts but other times the openldap sends some attributes in base64 encoding and these times the OX shows nothing.

Anyone has had this problem?

Hi, you must post some information:
- OX versione you are using (dpkg -l | grep open-xchange)
- the content of /var/log/open-xchange/open-xchange.log.0

for the open-xchange.log.0 I suggest:
- stop the open-xchange-groupware service (/etc/init.d/open-xchange-groupware stop)
- delete the log (rm /var/log/open-xchange/open-xchange.log.0)
- start the service (/etc/init.d/open-xchange-groupware start)
- waith 30 second without connect to web interface
- edit the log and verify if you have some message error when open-xchange-groupware start and try to contact ldap
