OX 6.22 - User.properties (USERNAME_CHANGEABLE)

OX before OX 6.22 knows a property:
User.properties USERNAME_CHANGEABLE
for OX 6.22 the properties look like
com.openxchange.user.... = ...
Exists a new property, which replaces the old USERNAME_CHANGEABLE prop?

Since admin and groupware processes are merged now and we had two User.properties files the one for the admin was renamed to AdminUser.properties.
There you still have that property.
