java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused

Hi there,

I currently want to install an OpenXChange server.
I followed this installation guide and were no problems until i wanted to register the local server at the datebase.
When i type the command

/opt/open-xchange/sbin/registerserver -n oxserver -A oxadminmaster -P admin_master_password

I get the following error message:

server could not be registered: 
Error: Connection refused to host: localhost; nested exception is: 
	java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused

OS is Debian 7. I tried the java versions java-7-openjdk, gij-4.6, gij-4.7 and even java-6-sun
