Repo Error xUbuntu_12.04 in backend?

I've been trying to install Open-Xchange with this official guide.

I think there is a folder missing or not updated yet.

http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/server:/OX:/ox6.22:/backend/

Do I have to wait till it's updated or is there some other problem?
