Error 503 service temporarily unavailable

I have installed oxchange on debian etch. I have an error 503 when i try to login in admin or user screen login.

I have a problem with mod_jk :

94): Error connecting to tomcat. Tomcat is probably not started or is listening on the wrong port. worker=ajp13_worker failed

I think is a pb with memory and /etc/hosts file.

I kept getting this although my problem was due to the OX services not working properly.

I think this error comes when OX GroupWare isn't started/configured properly.
but seeing your error logs , it seems that mod_jk+Tomcat is not configured properly.
Make sure mod_jk is running properly by testing it with Tomcat.
Problem seems to be in your workers.prop/ox.conf file...

Note,

tomcat MUST NOT be started parallel to the Open-Xchange Groupware.
