Bind signature to E-Mail alias

I add some E-Mail alias to the open-xchange user and add for every alias a separate signature, if a user change the sender Address than the signature should be change too. But I can only add one signature as default signature. How can I add more than one default signature depend on E-Mail alias.

Today I try to add the second E-Mail as separate account but I can't set a different signature to a new Account. Anybody knows how to code some script to archive this goal? Any suggestions?
