USER can not scroll INBOX

Hi,

one user is reporting the following problem:

He tries to scroll fast through his inbox. The OX shows
CON-0109,2011868960-7709XX (XX increment numbers).

I subscripted the same folder and can scroll without any problem !!

Any idea ?

SLES 11 (64), OX 6.20.7

Look in the server logs for the incrementing ID, they will provide more information (request details, Java stack trace, etc.)
