Two bunldes with status RESOLVED

Hello,

I update Open-Xchange 6.20.0 Rev.8 to the latest 6.20 Revision.
Everything seems to work, but listbundles shows to bundles as resolved:

/opt/open-xchange/sbin/listbundles | grep R
bundlename: com.openexchange.charset status: RESOLVED
bundlename: com.openexchange.push.udp status: RESOLVED

"chown -R open-xchangepen-xchange /opt/open-xchange/etc/groupware/osgi" doesn't resolve the Problem.

Hello,

is someone here who can tell me something about the two bundles which are not working:
- com.openexchange.charset
- com.openexchange.push.udp

For which functions are they used?

Which problems must i expect when these two bundles are not working?

Any hints to debug the problem?
