I have now "Login" as IMAP authentication and everything runs OK. But I want to have separated passwords for OX web login and IMAP. How can I define different passwords for OX login and imap for an user?

You usually cannot because OX has no way to save your IMAP password anywhere.
You could only achieve this by configuring your IMAP for use with a master password and set com.openexchange.mail.passwordSource=global and the corresponding master password in the OX configuration.
