open-xchange-messaging package is not for community version. Right?

The question has to be answered for every plugin separately. For RSS I just guess you are missing the open-xchange-messaging package.

I can see some widgets in appsuite/apps/plugins/portal which I can´t see in my portal widget. Like RSS. How can I enable them?
