Move OX frrom SLES -> Debian ?

is it supported to migrate an installation from one distribution to another ?

So if I set up an open xchange server and finally import the file storage and the sql DB (mails are external) would it work ?

Yes, just make sure that the configuration is the same and you can "just" copy the database and filestore.
Please care about the filestore file ownerships.
