OX Server 6.22 Email module

Hello guys!
I have installed OX 6.22 on centos 6.8 along with Devcote and Postfix still my email module is inactive with lock sign on it and getting following error

''Unable to establish a connection to the E-Mail server. Possible reasons: the mail server is (temporarily) down or there are network connection problems. To prevent further errors the module has been disabled. Please contact your administrator. (UI-0000, 0)''.

Please guide me.
