Auth against AD (samba4) - strange problem

    Hi,
our OX is using our AD (samba4) server for authentication. Now we have the problem that one user can not login.
For the user we got the error message

ERROR: No user found with sAMAccountName=USERNAME

But it is possible to get all information about the user using ldapsearch ?!?!?

    Any idea, any hint ?

    Bye, Peer

I tried to check everything with LDAPSEARCH, but the user is found and everything is fine.
So why does the open-xchange gives this error messages ?

In /opt/open-xchange/etc/ldapauth.properties the same parameters are used (compared with ldapsearch) ...

    No idea ...

    Bye, Peer

      Hi,
what does the error LGI-0006 exactly means ?
How can I increase the log level to get more (valid) informations ?
I created a new user for testing any can not find any differences compared to an old user account,
but the new one is not able to login.

We are using OX 7.8 (latest) running on SLES 11.

      ANY help is warmly welcome!

      Bye, Peer
