Users can't email each other

I just did a fresh install of Debian Sarge with Martin Braun's install script. Thanks for the work Martin. Everything looks to work but, the users can't email each other. I could understand if they could not email to the outside world but, not to somebody else on the same box. I have also installed exim as well. Any ideas as to what is wrong?

When I run the command mailq I get the following:

So, for some reason, it looks like it is not sending to anybody. It is just frozen. Any ideas?
