Installation on Debian Etch 4.0

Hi if I use the fresh downloaded installer-script for debian etch, I get A LOT OF errors...

System Details:
Debian 4.0 (fresh created xen-vm)
Software installed: Nothing (fresh created xen-vm)
10 GB Harddrive
512 MB RAM

If I use the HEAD-Branch I get the following:
http://downloads.hoefer.or.at/OXI1.txt

And if I replace the install with a STABLE-Branch I get the following:
http://downloads.hoefer.or.at/OXI2.txt

If I go to http://oxserver/ox/admin page I see the site but if I log in I get the error: 503 Service unavailable

Whats wrong with it?

Is it the script?
Is it my xen-host?
Is it a little alien sitting in my box?

The Problem is :
Compiling Open-Xchange Groupware...
Buildfile: build.xml does not exist!
Build failed

In the CVS repository the build.xml and many other files are missing for the Open-xchange
