chown open-exchange usager invalide

Hello,
Using documentation from community (quick installation guide), I've an error:

sudo chown open-xchange:open-xchange /var/opt/filestorechown: `open-xchange:open-xchange': usager invalide

when i go to http://localhost/ox6/ox.html , i cannot conect whit ant id+pass ..

what can i do ?

Hey,

did you run the oxinstaller stuff and all that before you execute this command? The oxinstaller script will create this user, it can be checked by doing

cat /etc/passwd

this should show the open-xchange system user.

The user open-xchange is not in that file...

I've done all what was xritten in the documentation (configuring configdb database and register it to the localhost, without forgot to create the MysQl priviliged user...

If I uninstall everything (apt-get remove --puge) annd re-install, I have the same problem... please help!
