No access with my browser

Hello experts
I belive it's better to make a new thread.
The new installation was without error messages. But I try to access with my browser, an the message is "accesse denied" Error 403. There is no a index document ..and permissons are drwxr-xr-x and the owner is root. A temporary html document (/srv/www/htdocs/ox6/index.html) is readable.
