Hi Marco,
default folders for a user can be configured at /opt/open-xchange/etc/admindaemon/User.properties. Those names only apply for newly created users. Please note that subscribing folders is a task which is handled by the IMAP Server. So if you want to create a predefined E-Mail folder environment you may use some scripting on the IMAP Server. Setting a default folder to an shared folder could be achieved by using something like Path.To.MailFolder at the User.properties.

"Default Folders" outside user's inbox
Hello
I'm trying to find a way to specify a place for example "Sent Items", Drafts,
Trash etc pointing to a shared folder, not one stored inside the user's inbox.
I see that there are fields/options in the user context for default folders, but is there a way to get the server to accept a subscribed folder?
Any suggestions/ideas would be greatly appreciated!
Regards,
MarcoTags: None
