Question about installing Cyrus IMAP

I am going to attempt to install Open xchange on RHEL 4 server. I was poking around the installation articles about the setup. When I went to grab Cyrus IMAP source the main website was down?
Are they still actively working on the cyrus IMAP source? Has anyone tried to setup Open xchange on RHEL 4 system before? Thanks

AFAIK RHEL provides cyrus packages? So why don't you use them instead of the sources?
