oxinstaller AuthenticationFailedException: Login failed: generic failure

I succeed to turn hyperion in my vmware Centos 5 .but I repeat the same stapes for installation in my server I have some problems in oxinstaller step look this error

I can’t solve this problem help me please .other question please how I can’t Install or configure French language.
It is ollogatory to install open-xchange-admin-plugin-sw-update and open-xchange-admin-plugin-backup

1) Try setting up cyrus before running the oxinstaller. That is known to have helped some.

2) I'm not sure whether our french version really works right now. There was some thread about that, though I don't seem to be able to find it.

3) Why don't you want to install them?
