Now restart saslauthd and cyrus and try to login with user oxadmin and password: <YOUROXADMINPASSWORDFROMINSTALL>

How would I restart saslauthd and cyrus?

and

How would I try to login with user oxadmin and password?

What would I type at a command prompt to do this?

restart your services:

/etc/init.d/saslauthd restart
/etc/init.d/cyrus restart


try to connect the imap admin tool:

cyradm -u oxadmin localhost

bash: cyram: command not found

and doing a file serach didn't find anything with "cyram" in any other folder in the file system ... :O(

So how do I fix my IMAP password?
