    Installation on a shared host

Is there a (documented) way to install OX on a shared host, ie not at /opt dir, but at /home/mydomain/publichtml?

    Thanks in advance

    Hi,

what is the intention of installing an application server to a public html directory? do you like sharing config files and passwords with the world?
Seriously, if you plan to set up a hosted environment with multiple domains and user groups there are much better ways. What do you like to accomplish?

    Greetings

Martin, sorry if i didn't express me clearly. My need is to install OX in a external hosting (like dreamhost). The problem is that i don't have access to install .debs or .rpms, nor to /opt . I have rights only on /home/mydomain.

      Any idea?

      Thanks again
