SEVERE: Mail access cache could not be obtained/Cannot initialize mail module

Hi all,

I run a Open-Xchange server combination of Postfix/ Cyrus and OX on Centos 5.3 i386 and I am trying to figure out the following:
After upgrading to OX 6.10 I get the following error message:

Altough I read the wiki (again), and I tried to figure it out myself, I cannot find what is or goes wrong.

and this happenes every 10 minutes.

Could anyone help me to figure out what I do or did wrong?

Thanks for the information, package versions seem to be okay. To dig further into this issue, i'd like to encourage you to open a bug report at https://bugs.open-xchange.com/. Please attach all the logging and system information there.

I am very sorry for not responding earlier, but personal issues prevented me from responding....

As I had been on this error (digging through propertie files and log files) for quit some time, I took it up on myself to reinstall the all of Open Xchange...
Deleted every package (rpm -e) deleted involved db's, and started from scratch....
So startup yum install <packages> again and what did I see, in the meantime we were two patch levels higher...
Ok... Installed these open-xchange-6.12 packages, followed the online guide on Centos 5 install by the letter... and voila... everything works like a charm....
